1. Who We Are

This website is operated by Anandiprema, a registered editorial business based in Spain. We offer digital downloads and printed books created with heart, intention, and artistic soul.

2. What We Sell

We offer:

• Digital products (PDF downloads) such as coloring books, affirmations, homeschool materials, creative worksheets, and more.
• Printed books, produced and shipped by third-party print-on-demand services (currently Amazon).

3. Availability & Shipping

• Digital products are available worldwide and accessible instantly after payment.
• Printed books are only available in regions supported by our print-on-demand provider: Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (UK), United States (US)
• There are no shipping costs for any product.
• Estimated delivery time:  7–12+ working days
• If, after placing your order, we determine that reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed to your location, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payments

We accept secure payments via:

• PayPal
• Stripe (major credit/debit cards)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay

All transactions are processed securely through these third-party providers. We do not store any of your payment data.

5. Digital Products

• Downloads are available immediately after successful payment.
• Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout to receive download links.
• All digital sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.

6. Printed Books – Returns & Refunds

Our printed books are custom-made via print-on-demand (Amazon) and are non-returnable, except in the following cases:

• The book arrives damaged, or
• There is a printing defect (e.g. missing pages, ink smudges, layout errors).

In such cases:

• Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.
• Send us clear photographic evidence of the issue.
• After review and approval, you will receive either a replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

• Change of mind
• Personal taste or expectations
• Minor variations in color or texture caused by screen-to-print differences

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

All products and content sold or distributed through this site are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Anandiprema unless otherwise stated.

You may:

• Print and use our digital files for personal, family, or classroom use only.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Technical issues on your device that prevent downloads
• Delays caused by third-party print-on-demand partners
• Misuse or misinterpretation of our products

We do our best to deliver a smooth and joyful experience – but some things (like delivery networks) are outside our hands.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible, or legally in the courts of Spain if necessary.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published here.
