Due to the nature of instant downloads, all digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
Please read the product description carefully before placing your order.
If you experience any technical issues, don’t worry – just reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
📚 Printed Books (via Amazon Print-on-Demand)
I don’t hold stock – all printed books are fulfilled by a trusted print-on-demand partner (currently Amazon).
Returns or refunds are only possible if your book arrives damaged or with a printing error.
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
If the book was damaged in shipping or printed incorrectly, you’ll receive a full refund or a replacement – your choice.
In case your location is not eligible for delivery and your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be fully refunded automatically.
