Can I place an order from anywhere in the world?
Yes – you can order our digital products from anywhere in the world. Printed books, however, are only available in regions supported by our print-on-demand provider. You’ll find the full list here.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently accept payments via PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit card), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Why are the prices shown without VAT?
Because I sell worldwide, I believe it’s fairest to show one unified base price for everyone — the price of my actual product, including things like design, printing and shipping. Taxes, on the other hand, do not go to me, but directly to the tax authorities of each country.
Depending on where you live, VAT or other taxes may be added at checkout. I understand it can feel annoying, but please remember: that extra amount isn’t part of my profit. It’s just the law. 😉
By showing the product price without VAT upfront, I aim for maximum clarity and fairness, especially for international customers.
When will I see the final price with VAT included?
Once you enter your country during checkout, the system will automatically calculate and add the correct VAT (if applicable). You’ll always see the full final price before completing your order.
I’ve placed an order – what now?
– For digital products: you’ll get an instant download link right after payment.
– For printed books: your order will be processed and sent via Amazon’s print-on-demand service. Depending on your region, delivery usually takes 7–12+ business days.

How do PDF downloads work?
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an instant download link via email. Simply click the link and save the PDF to your device. No shipping, no waiting!
How many times can I download my purchase?
Unlimited! Once you purchase a PDF, you have always access to download it as many times as you need. Lost your file? No problem – just download it again!
What if I have technical issues with my download?
If you experience any problems downloading your files, please contact me immediately. I am here to help and will make sure you get your creative goodies!
Can I share the PDFs with others?
You may share the PDFs within your immediate family (spouse, children living in the same household). However, please don’t distribute them publicly or share them with friends, extended family, or on social media. Each purchase supports the artist directly.
What paper should I use for printing?
For coloring pages, we recommend cardstock (200-250gsm) for markers or heavier mediums, and regular printer paper (80-120gsm) for colored pencils or crayons. For activities, regular printer paper works perfectly!

Should I buy your books on Amazon or on your website?

Both options give you the same high-quality book, but there are differences in how it’s sold and who benefits from your purchase.

If you’re pretty sure the book will bring you joy (and you’ve checked the product page + preview) – ordering here is the best choice for both of us.
If you’re unsure or think you might return it, Amazon is the safer option for you.

🔁 Returns & Refunds
Can I return or get a refund for my PDF purchase?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once you bought a PDF, it cannot be “returned” as you already have permanent access to the file. Please review product descriptions and preview images carefully before purchasing.
What if the PDF is corrupted or won’t open?
This rarely happens, but if you receive a corrupted file, contact us immediately! I will send you a new download link right away. Technical issues are always resolved quickly.

What can’t I do with the PDFs?

Claim the designs as your own work
Are the designs copyrighted?
Yes! All designs are original artwork and remain the intellectual property of the artist. Your purchase grants you a personal use license, not ownership of the copyright.
Can teachers use these in their classrooms?
Teachers may print and use the PDFs in their own classrooms only. Sharing with other teachers or school districts requires additional licenses. Contact me for educational bulk pricing!
