Have you ever tried homemade oatmeal mask? Is awesome! The effect of this wonderful mask is noticeable with a single application.

Oats have various nutrients for your skin such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. In addition, it works as a cleansing agent, prevent dehydration and even as an anti-inflammatory. In general, oatmeal masks (and baths) relieve itchy skin.

The principle is very easy: Mix oats finely-ground (using a blender, coffee grinder, etc.) with a little bit of water until it is pasty and apply. After about 10-20 in. wash your face with water. And ready !

Here are some variations of the homemade oatmeal mask. The preparation is always the same (except that I indicate it differently in the same recipe): Put the ingredients in a little bowl and beat until you get a paste. Let it sit for several seconds before applying it.
